Coordination Service Fee
Wedding In Paradise charges an Administration fee of $255 which is built into the listed packages. Any items you wish to add to a listed package, or if you should choose to customize your arrangements, a service fee of 18% will be added in addition to the requested addition. For couples who choose to completely create their arrangements utilizing my suggested vendors or researching their own the following rules apply:

To facilitate a smooth and flawless event, all vendors weather selected outside my selections or not must contract through Wedding In Paradise. The coordination fee would be $255 plus an 18% over and above the actual costs of all arrangements.

Gratuities
Gratuities/tips are not included in any of the costs for our support staff services, including minister, photographer, videographer, coordinator, musicians, etc.  Although not expected or required, gratuities are always appreciated by our staff and generally range from $20 to $100.

Horse-Drawn Carriage
Enjoy a relaxing and romantic ride in an antique French Carriage, drawn by two Clydesdale Horses. Incorporate this as part of your entrance to the wedding, or as a special treat following. This option is not available at all locations.  $500.00 for 1 hour. 

Limousine Transportation
Arrive to your selected wedding location in one of Kauai's White Presidential Stretch Limousines. No driving, no maps, no worries about having that second glass of champagne and no seat belts to wrinkle the dress! Luxury is never out of style.  $115.00 per hour, driver gratuity included.  2 hour minimum is required.

Town Cars, Mini-Vans, Mini Buses and Full Buses are available to fit the needs of
your group.

Ministers/Celebrants
All of our ministers/celebrants are licensed by the State of Hawaii. A "Minister's Questionnaire" will be provided to match the right minister to your needs. We offer ceremonies ranging from Religious (Baptist, Luthern ect), Semi-Religious (Christian not heavy on “ceremony”), Hawaiian Spiritual or Civil Service. Personal vows and/or readings may be added. The minister's honorarium is included in all the Packages we offer.   Ranging from $200-$350
